–    1 cup hummus spread

–    1 cup broccoli florets

–    1 ½ cups sliced bell peppers, any color

–    2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

–    One can (10-ounce) refrigerated pizza crust dough


  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (475 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust dough and place it on a baking sheet or pizza pan.
  3. Take out the hummus and spread a thin layer of it over the pizza crust.
  4. Arrange the broccoli and sliced peppers on top of the hummus.
  5. Top it off with shredded cheese.
